It’s a new year and we are excited to announce the release of a new look for Slighe nan Gàidheal. The update includes a new logo, font, colors, and a new website. After 20 years we decided to bring a fresh look that reflects our traditions and looks to continued growth as we move forward.

Our new logo, with its elegant typeface, simpler logo mark, and the more subdued colors serves to reflect the idea of heritage and tradition, while still representing a modern and professional society. The thistle symbolism also nods to Scotland. The new logo will be more easily used in different media such as web and various print applications.

The website will feature new branding, pages, and navigation, but you will still be able to find events, register for classes, and contact us. There is also be a new Fèis page with an option to register online, and more content will be added as it develops. You will begin seeing the new logo in other applications as the year progresses.

We look forward to continuing to share our love of Scottish Gaelic language, music, and culture with you in the coming year.
